Frequently asked questions

Answers to the most popular questions about our anonymous SMS service.

Anonymous SMS sending works through our special system that hides the real sender number. The recipient sees either a random number or a chosen identifier instead of your number.

The service operation process includes the following steps:

  1. You enter the message text and recipient number on our website
  2. Choose the sender type (random number, service name, etc.)
  3. Pay for the service
  4. Our system sends the message to the recipient
  5. You can track delivery status in real time

At the same time, the recipient cannot track who actually sent the message.

Yes, using the service to send anonymous SMS messages is legal in most countries. However, there are some restrictions:

  • It is forbidden to use the service to send threats, insults or other content that violates the law
  • It is forbidden to use the service for fraud, extortion or social engineering
  • It is forbidden to send spam messages in large quantities

We reserve the right to refuse service if there is suspicion of violation of the law and, if necessary, cooperate with law enforcement agencies.

The reliability of delivery of our SMS messages is over 98%. We work with leading SMS aggregators and have direct agreements with telecom operators in many countries.

However, it should be borne in mind that the following factors may affect delivery:

  • The recipient's phone may be turned off or out of network coverage
  • The recipient's phone may have blocking of unknown senders enabled
  • The telecom operator may filter messages similar to spam
  • Some countries may have restrictions on receiving international SMS

In case of non-delivery of the message within 24 hours, we will return your money or offer free re-sending.

In most cases, SMS delivery occurs within a few seconds after sending. The maximum delivery time usually does not exceed 5-10 minutes.

In rare cases, with network overload of operators or technical problems, delivery may take up to 24 hours. You can always track the delivery status of your message in real time on our website.

Yes, our service supports sending SMS with emoji and different languages, including Cyrillic, hieroglyphs and other Unicode characters.

However, it should be borne in mind that the use of non-standard characters may reduce the maximum number of characters in one SMS to 70 (instead of the standard 160 for Latin characters), and may also affect the cost of sending.

After sending the message, you receive a unique identifier by which you can track the delivery status on our website.

There are several delivery statuses:

  • Created: message saved in our system
  • Paid: message is paid and ready to send
  • Sent: message sent to the operator network
  • Delivered: recipient opened the message (not available for all operators)
  • Read: recipient opened the message (not available for all operators)
  • Error: a problem occurred during message delivery

The status is updated automatically in real time, but you can also update it manually by clicking the "Update Status" button on the tracking page.
